Quite a few years ago I bought Grisport walking shoes and then hiking boots. This is sold as a tough boot that can handle different terrains for a long time.
I used our recent jaunt up to the Peak District to try out a pair of boots that I had been sent from Grisport.

What made us choose them is that they look great for walking but dont have that typical hikingwalking shoe look which makes them more versatile. They look slightly sporty but also smart and look just as suitable for a hike in the woods wearing shorts as they would with a smart pair of jeans and a polo shirt if you want to pop into a pub or go to a restaurant.
Theyre definitely a very stylish pair of walking. The Grisport Anden are neatly made fully leather hiking boots. Depending on how experienced you are they are suitable for normal walks in flat countryside and slightly hilly terrain to the more serious mountain walks.
A 50 liter backpack fits perfectly with these shoes. They are waterproof and breathable when it is not too hot. I think the laces are too long.

They were reasonably priced but have lasted very well heels now completely worn down. I have now replaced the walking shoes easy to order via the website efficient delivery plus some free extras from GRS Footwear. As a result the leather of the shoes will become more flexible and feel more comfortable.
After a few kilometres several walks the Anden became more flexible. What a cool light shoes. I would recommend the Grisport Anden.
Especially those hiking boots that are looking for a light 1400 gram walking shoe that offers sufficient support. I purchases a new pair of Grisport Dartmoor learther walking shoes. I wrote a review on their website saying that although the boots were very comfortable they were let down by very poor insoles.
Which only lasted a couple of months. I commented that I would rather pay a few pounds more and get decent insoles and awarded a 4 star rating accordingly. A little time later I noticed my review.
The Grisport Fuse Hiking Boots look great as a strong unisex walking boot. The look of the rich brown leather uppers and promises for a good performance gives buyers hope that this will be a good investment. So how do they feel after testing the shoes out.

They are virtually unnoticeable when on the foot which was a blessing as we embarked on a 19-mile hike to test these shoes out. Surprisingly nimble the featherweight shoes also give decent support and traction not to mention being exceptionally waterproof and breathable. Ive had to amend my review from the one above. The boots are really leaky. I dub them fairly regularly but have water really penetrates through the stitching just below the laces.
